DESCRIPTION:
You are bidding on my 1956 Packard Clipper Custom Constellation. The automobile was purchased as part of a stash of Packard vehicles and parts in 2006. The car has a number of unique functions. It came geared up with a twin 4bbl consumption and carbohydrate. Throughout the course of the restoration somehow the carbohydrates refused to function even after 2 rebuilds. The setup goes with the car, I WILL NOT SEPARATE. I had a single 4 bbl intake that I used to make it run. The single 4bbl IS the front carbohydrate from the twin 4 set. My mechanic appears to think that the accelerator pump needs work. I just did not want to spend more time on it, that is why I changed it over. The original owner was a Packard worker in Chicago and he seniorized the car with senior front fenders and grille. It also has a Caribbean hood with twin scoops. The 352 engine has actually been skillfully restored and runs terrific. 0 miles on the engine considering that restore. The transmission is tight and works great WW Tires are new Bumpers front and back have been chromed in addition to the Dagmars and the exhaust extensions. Repaint has actually been skillfully performed in Black and Jamaica Yellow. Brakes are all brand-new. Interior is all done in the proper Black and Jamaica Yellow cross/hatch pattern in addition to brand-new carpetThe torsion level system works great. I will likewise consist of the A/C components that I have: Compressor, rear air blower, dryer, mounting bracket, triple groove pulley. I do not have the condenser nor the under dashboard switch. I was intending on having some fun with the vehicle out on the regional show circuit, however the economy being what it is, there will be no chance of that. The vehicle requires to SELL, thats SELL not give or donateIf you desire more pictures I will send you whatever you need. I have in the past, during and after restoration.
